2024-25 Fee-Raising Options
We know that club volleyball can be a large financial burden for families. Fundraising can play a huge role in paying for some of the expenses associated with playing club volleyball. For this reason, we offer several opportunities for athletes to raise money to help offset the cost. Below is a summary of each of our programs. We call these "fee-raising" options because the monies raised go directly to individual players' program fees, and are NOT tax deductible by the donor.
Fundraising is open to all players interested in playing with Carolina One. For fundraisers occurring before tryouts, if the player does not select to play with Carolina One, all monies raised will stay with the club.
For fee-raising programs that involve sale of items, we require that you write one check to Carolina One Volleyball (or turn in cash) for the total amount of items sold. Please ask purchasers to write checks to you instead of Carolina One.

2024-25 Fundraising Information
Business Sponsorship Program - C1VB & Sporfie
This program allows players to seek sponsors such as local businesses to advertise on our video streaming platform. For each $300 sponsorship sold, players will receive $150 towards their club fees.
To participate:
Step 1: Register at https://www.sporfie.com/company/carolinaonevb/fundraising/register
Step 2: Enter player name, parent email address, and team name to generate a personalized fundraising link or QR code to supply to businesses.
Step 3: Share your personalized link with potential sponsors to start raising money!
Step 4: Once sponsors pay the $300 fee, they will receive an email with instructions to upload their logo.

Team Parents
- Carolina One asks one parent from each team to act as the "Team Parent" for the entire duration of the club season. Team parents are responsible for facilitating communication between the coaches, club administration, players, and parents. If you are interested, please read our full Team Parent Responsibilities [PDF].
- Apply to be a team parent. Application will be sent out to C1 families following tryouts.
- Team Parents receive credit towards their child's club fees based on the following scale:
- In-House Team Parents: $150 credit
- State Team Parents: $300 credit
- Regional Team Parents: $400 credit
- Elite Team Parents: $500 credit
- ONE Team Parents: $600 credit
- Additional credit will be available for extended season
