Spring Position & Skill Clinics
Position & Skill Clinics are designed to provide athletes with specific training for their position or specific volleyball skills.
If there is a skill or position you would like to work on, but don't see offered, please contact us to request it.

Registration will open in March 15, 2025.
Please note, if you do not have a current account in our player management system, you will be prompted to create one. The account should be created under the parent's name, then players can be added as "family members" to be registered for classes.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance in order to receive a refund or credit towards a future clinic. This will allow us to offer the spot to another athlete on the waitlist. Clinics cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will not receive a refund. The $3 service fee is non-refundable.

Position & Skill Clinics
- Setting: Setter position clinics will focus on individual physical and mental skills unique to the setter position. Skills covered will include movement patterns, hand/body positioning, and setting a variety of locations/tempos.
- Passing/Defense: Passing/Defense skill clinics will focus on individual physical and mental skills needed for the sport’s “first contact” touches- passing, receiving serve, and digging. Skills covered will include movement patterns, platform/body body positioning, and controlling the ball in a variety of game-like instances.
- Attacking: Attacking skill clinics will focus on individual physical and mental skills necessary to play the middle, outside, or right side hitter positions. Skills covered will include armswing breakdown, hitting & blocking footwork, common sets in each position, advanced transition footwork, armswing reps, a variety of tempo sets, hitting "bad" sets, backrow attacks, and hitting in transition, depending on the clinic level.
- Serving: Serving skill clinics will focus on the skills necessary to improve a player's serve. This clinic is appropriate for beginners looking to master an overhand or underhand serve to advanced players who want to learn various types of serves, including float and jump serving. Skills covered will include hand contact analysis and breakdown, body and foot position analysis, tips for generating power, serving zones, and serving as an offensive weapon , depending on the clinic level.
